City of Doral explains how to register online for parks and recreation programs

The staff member said users should go to WebTrack and click the “create an account” button on the right side of the page, then complete household and contact information, including an emergency contact. “On the registration page, you will then be asked to fill out the necessary household and contact information, including an emergency contact,” the staff member said.
To register family members, the staff member advised using the “add new member” option at the bottom of the page, entering names and basic information for each family member and then clicking “save.” The recording cautioned that if the system returns an error about a duplicate household, it means there is already an account matching the same name, birth date, or email address; in that case users should use the “forgot password” function to recover access.
The staff member also noted that after completing account creation, it may take up to 72 hours for the city to approve the account and enable login. “After completing your account creation, it may take up to 72 hours for your account to be approved, giving you access to log in,” the recording said.
The steps described in the recording reflect procedural guidance for using the City of Doral’s WebTrack system and do not represent a policy change or new regulation by the Parks and Recreation Department.
