- Ordinance 22-25 (adopted under suspension): Amended the 2025 temporary appropriations to ensure sufficient unencumbered appropriations for city departments; the auditor explained a $71,000 professional services line for emergency traffic control-box repair that will be reimbursed by a driver’s insurance policy.
- Resolution 23-25 (adopted under suspension): Recognized February 2025 as Black History Month.
- Ordinance 24-25 (adopted under suspension): Authorized submission of an Ohio Public Works Commission emergency funding application for the Bridal Drive emergency pavement repair project. The engineering department said an OPWC emergency award of $112,770 will cover 90% of the work and the city would be responsible for the remaining 10%; the administration said it will seek reimbursement from Cleveland Water for related costs.
- Amendment to Ordinance 204-24 (motion adopted): Council moved to substitute a new Exhibit A to reflect a collective bargaining agreement between the city and AFSCME Local 924 for 01/01/2024–12/31/2026; motions to amend passed on voice vote.
