Representative Overweg said the subcommittee aligned its recommendation to remain “within the guardrails” of the two agencies’ estimates.
The committee conducted a roll call after discussion and completed the motion. The chair declared the revenue targets for FY25 and FY26 adopted.
Committee members praised staff presentations and highlighted the subcommittee’s effort to reconcile close estimates from both agencies. No formal amendments to the adopted projections were recorded during the hearing.
The adoption will guide upcoming appropriation decisions and frame the remainder of the budget process.
