The chief operating officer, speaking on behalf of the executive director of planning and construction, presented the recommended awards and amendments and answered one question about the scope of Parametrics' work; staff said Parametrics is currently managing projects including the Maritime Skills Center, Lowell Elementary and recent athletic‑field work.
