Library adds contracted security presence and plans incident‑tracking software rollout

Olivia and Alexis (Library staff) will lead implementation of the tracking software; staff said the library has about 10 hours of vendor consulting time to customize fields and email-triggered notifications (for HR and other recipients) and that they hope to begin implementation within a week of the meeting.
The board heard the report as an informational update. No formal policy changes were proposed at the meeting; staff will return with implementation details and training plans once customization is complete.
