- Case EU1003806 (Danny Ernest Anderson): Officer testimony indicated a vehicle registered to Danny Ernest Anderson was recorded at 56 mph in a posted 40 mph segment on Oct. 1, 2024, on the 700 block of East Orange Avenue eastbound. The hearing officer admitted multiple calibration checks (day before, day of, day after) and the citation as evidence and upheld the citation, imposing a $100 fine with 30 days to pay.
- Case EU1002685 (Salvatore Rosania): Officer testimony indicated a vehicle registered to Salvatore Rosania was recorded at 45 mph in a posted 20 mph school zone on May 20, 2024, at approximately 8:03 a.m. The hearing officer admitted the calibration logs and citation and upheld the citation, imposing a $100 fine with 30 days to pay.
