Lakeville planning board approves 43 Main Street subdivision with minor edits to conditions

The Lakeville Planning Board on Feb. 13 approved a definitive subdivision plan for 43 Main Street, accepting a final conditions document reached between the project proponent and planning staff.

Project proponent John O'Leary told the board that he and planning staffer Nancy exchanged a draft condition document and had "come to what I think is a good, final condition document" and were prepared to discuss any proposed changes. Nancy and the board then reviewed two specific edits: deletion of a sentence referencing hydrologic calculations from condition 12 in favor of a written certification that the stormwater system had been constructed in substantial compliance with the approved stormwater management report, and removal of a sentence in condition 30 tied to a trash compactor requirement…
