The board then voted; the chair announced, "All those in favor, please raise your hand. Those opposed, you have your flood hazard permit," and the applicants were thanked.
No further conditions were read into the record at the meeting. The board’s action authorizes the applicants to proceed with the development permitted under the town’s flood‑hazard procedures, subject to any outstanding departmental or state requirements that the applicant must satisfy prior to construction.
