Neighbors described trucks blocking the roadway, sometimes for hours, and instances when a truck left an 18-wheeler parked on Frasier overnight. "It's a safety issue," said an abutter, who described vehicles blocking a hydrant and limiting emergency access. Several neighbors and Planning Board members said they had called police to report incidents and encouraged continued documentation and enforcement while the board considers the application.
