Staff said procurement is still being scheduled and that they will provide vendors with the largest-box measurement and request best pricing for a per-box wrap.
Commissioners discussed process details: the plan is to take measurements of the largest box, advertise those dimensions to bidders (rather than requiring immediate site measurements), and then compare bids. If a vendor is selected, staff expect they could wrap several boxes in the first year and then assess the program.
Staff committed to begin the bid outreach immediately and to return with bid results and recommended contract language at a future meeting.
