Director Cronin told commissioners that later the same day staff planned to meet with CliftonLarsonAllen to set up a portal path to accommodate electronic transfers between approved grants. Cronin said a transfer request was already pending and that staff hoped to submit at least one transfer request as early as next week once the portal’s workflow and audit trail were confirmed.
