Later in the meeting the board tabled two related variance applications for 100 and 104 Hospital Drive pending revised surveys and engineering review. The board approved a separate variance to allow a temporary gravel parking area for J. Michael’s Prime, conditioned on engineered erosion-control plans and a March 1, 2028 expiration. The board then adjourned.
