The annexation brings the property into the town’s jurisdiction and follows an earlier Bloom Phase 1 annexation; staff said the action was the final step in the annexation process and that service provision details are in the adopted fiscal plan. A motion to adopt the ordinance passed on roll call.
The annexation materials provided to council include the fiscal plan required by statute and referenced service provisions; staff said they would implement services in accordance with that plan after the annexation becomes effective.
