Closed session
The board moved into closed session at the start of the meeting for the stated purpose of "discussing student legal and personnel matters." A motion to enter closed session was made and seconded; the board voice-voted in favor and minutes indicate the board later returned to open session upon motion and roll-call approval.
Approval of HIB reports and enrollment
The board approved harassment, intimidation and bullying reports reviewed at the Jan. 16 meeting and an enrollment report (attachment WS‑2). A roll-call vote was recorded; board members who voted "yes" in the roll call recorded on the transcript included Mr. Fisher, Ms. Pellet, Mr. Sweeney, Ms. Vaccarello, Mr. Zimmerman, Ms. Brock and Mr. Smaglia. The motion carried.
No other formal ordinances, contracts or appointments were adopted at the Feb. 13 meeting.
