Chamblee‑Tucker retaining wall ownership: The commission agreed to pursue property records research to identify ownership of the retaining wall near the Chamblee‑Tucker area. Tanisha asked commissioners to provide a map pin so the city GIS team could confirm parcel ownership and related records.
County infrastructure: A commissioner noted that a separate graffiti issue under a wall near the baseball field is on DeKalb County right‑of‑way (DeKalb County DOT / county water) rather than a City of Chamblee asset; commissioners said the county has been contacted on prior occasions.
