The parties agreed on a new date and the board moved and seconded the continuance to March 13, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The motion passed by unanimous voice vote and staff noted the matter would return on that date.
No substantive testimony or deliberation on the merits occurred at the Feb. 13 session because the applicant requested the continuance for notice correction purposes.
