Board business and elections: The board approved its 2025 Board Member Guidelines & Procedures Manual, with one minor edit requested to clarify “under the direction of board staff” when outside contractors prepare minutes. The board also approved the Nov. 4, 2024 meeting minutes. The board then elected a slate for officers: Tanya Fairley was nominated and elected president; Kelly Funk was nominated, accepted and elected vice president. The motion to approve the slate passed on a roll-call vote. Several members thanked outgoing officers and welcomed new and reappointed members.
