Board moves into executive session; roll call shows unanimous yes votes from members present

At the close of the open session the board chair asked for a motion to adjourn into executive session. A board member made the motion and another member seconded.

The clerk called the roll for the executive session motion. Missus Baker voted yes; Mister Davidson voted yes; Doctor Kopas voted yes; Missus Matthews voted yes. The roll call recorded affirmative votes for the members present at the time, and the motion carried.

Minutes show the motion was made, seconded and approved by roll call; the transcript does not record the motion text beyond the procedural request to adjourn into executive session, nor a public description of the executive session subject. No additional public action was taken in open session after the roll call recorded above.
