Board members also approved a purchase agreement to acquire 2150 Hensley Avenue from the City of Hamilton for $1 and accepted several donations to district programs.
The board voted to adopt final-read policies on student, staff and board member cell-phone use. Dr. Copas asked for clarification of the effect of a “yes” vote; he asked, “If I vote yes, that means I support a cell phone policy for the board.” The clerk replied that a “yes” vote was for passage.…
