On the affiliation page, choose the appropriate claimant or employer option and click Next.
On the registration page, fill every field marked with a red asterisk and click Submit. The system will generate and send a welcome email; follow the link in that message (or paste it into a browser) to confirm receipt, complete registration and create a password. Password requirements are case-sensitive and require at least eight characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character. Enter the password twice and click Change Password to finish. To sign in, enter the registered email address and password and click Sign In.
