Budget 'cleanup' amendment moves division to commissioners; County Clerk says he was not consulted

I was voluntold that it was being moved.” He urged the record reflect that he had not been advised or consulted.

One commissioner noted they had since discussed the move with Davidson. Jeremy Walker described the change as reallocating dollars between funds and departments rather than increasing overall spending.
