City Clerk Miss Hefter told the council that Annie’s Fountain City Catering LLC, agent Anne Sauble, has an approved memorandum of understanding with Fond du Lac County to be the county’s designated concessionaire at 400 University Drive and “has applied for a class b liquor license with the department of revenue,” and that background checks and the city alcohol-license committee recommended approval.
