After reviewing past county rates and reclamation considerations, the committee set a royalty rate of $1.50 per cubic yard (motion by Mr. Van Hatten, second by Mr. Newman) and approved using the county's standard letter agreement to document the arrangement (motion by Mr. Van Hatten, second by Mr. Evans).
