- Senate Bill 1333: Increase the maximum hookup and initial towing fee for a passenger car from $150 to $210, repeal the July 1, 2025 sunset that authorized a $20 fuel surcharge for removal of certain vehicles, and prohibit charging that fuel surcharge in localities that have adopted ordinances setting reasonable limits on towing fees and that have conducted a review considering adjustments by Dec. 31, 2025. Subcommittee recommendation: 6–2; committee tally: 18–2 reporting the bill.
