Commissioners voted by roll call to adopt the findings and recommendations to grant the permit in the B-1 Community Business District. The motion was made by Commissioner Krillenberger and seconded by Commissioner Moore; the vote was recorded as unanimous.
The commission’s action changes the permitted use at that unit to include a physical fitness facility. No members of the public spoke for or against the request during the meeting.
