Callie McGrew, a city planner, told commissioners the request would amend the previously approved concept plan to change “from 44 townhome units to 9 single family lots.” The site consists of two vacant parcels totaling 3.17 acres (approximately 2.89 acres for the larger parcel and 0.28 acres for the smaller parcel), at the corner of East Unica Avenue and Country Club Court.
