The Woodstock Selectboard voted unanimously by voice to approve meeting minutes from multiple recent meetings, to seal several nonpublic meeting minutes, and to accept an application to nominate a Woodstock resident to the Pemigewasset (Pemidjowasset) River Local Advisory Committee.
The board approved joint meeting minutes from Jan. 15, minutes from the Jan. 28 Selectboard meeting, and then moved to sign and seal nonpublic minutes from Jan. 28, Jan. 30 and Feb. 5. Each motion was made, seconded and carried on a voice vote recorded in the meeting as "Aye." The meeting record did not list individual roll-call votes or counts.
The board also considered an email from Woodstock Conservation Commission member Jim Cheesebro recommending the board nominate an additional member to the Pemigewasset River Local Advisory Committee. The Selectboard accepted an application from Berna Woodman, who told the board she had previously served on a Canton advisory committee and had moved to Woodstock; a member moved to accept the application, the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor.
No dissent or abstentions were recorded on these procedural items in the meeting transcript. The board then adjourned at approximately 5:20 p.m.
