The authority voted to approve the ownership change and to carry forward prior conditions.
For Shining Mountain LLC (5564 County Road 23), the board considered a reaffirmation of a variation originally granted because the facility predated the county ordinance that set a 1,000‑foot setback from adjacent dwelling units. Staff reported the facility has maintained required findings from the earlier approval. The board approved the change of entity structure and reaffirmed the variation, carrying forward prior conditions.
