Loveland City Council on an emergency vote approved an ordinance directing the city manager to execute a supply agreement with DynaG Energy Services LLC to continue the city's electric aggregation program beyond April 30, 2025, the end of the current supply contract. The city’s assistant city manager, Chris Wynich, told council the market for energy supply has become volatile and that proposals returned to the city in January showed higher prices than the city’s previous four‑year contract.
