Larimer County commissioners voted 3-0 Tuesday to approve the consent agenda for the Feb. 11, 2025 administrative matters meeting, approving a set of contracts, appointments and a resolution that will be carried out administratively.
The consent agenda included two sheriff's office service agreements: a contract with the Town of Berthoud for $3,024,956 and a budget agreement with the Town of Wellington for approximately $2,100,000. The board also approved an amendment to a lease to replace HVAC units that splits the $20,875 cost with the landlord (named as Nectar Plumtree).
