Larimer County commissioners voted 3-0 Tuesday to approve the consent agenda for the Feb. 11, 2025 administrative matters meeting, approving a set of contracts, appointments and a resolution that will be carried out administratively.
The consent agenda included two sheriff's office service agreements: a contract with the Town of Berthoud for $3,024,956 and a budget agreement with the Town of Wellington for approximately $2,100,000. The board also approved an amendment to a lease to replace HVAC units that splits the $20,875 cost with the landlord (named as Nectar Plumtree). Commissioners approved two tax abatements, an agreement regarding the 2024 tax valuation for the LV 304 apartments, and a resolution certifying zoning-violation penalties as special assessments to the Larimer County Treasurer.
Also approved were five appointments to public improvement districts: a reappointment for Jean Pacaman to the Bluffs Public Improvement District (term through Nov. 30, 2028); appointments for Edward Ostransky and David Hoffman and a reappointment for Kenneth Hitch to the Storm Mountain Public Improvement District (terms through Nov. 30, 2028); an appointment of John Dickey to the Pinewood Springs Public Improvement District (term through Nov. 30, 2028); and a midterm appointment of Richard Wadley to the Prairie Trails Public Improvement District (term through Nov. 30, 2027).
The board made the approvals on a single motion to accept the consent agenda. Commissioner Jody Shattuck McNally moved to approve the consent agenda; the motion carried on a voice vote recorded as 3 to 0 in favor (Commissioner Kristen Stevens, Commissioner John Kefalas and Commissioner Jody Shattuck McNally voting yes).
