Larimer County CPIR previews water briefings and US-287 safety talk after director retreat

Leslie Ellis, director of Community Planning, Infrastructure and Resources (CPIR) for Larimer County, told the Board of County Commissioners on Monday that a recent directors' retreat focused on communication strategies, succession planning and tracking federal funding opportunities. "We had a really productive meeting. We focused a lot around communication strategies, how we can make sure that we're transparent and engage our community," Ellis said.
