Larimer County staff to place Jake's Farm fee-reduction resolution on consent agenda

"We were in a couple months ago on Jake's Farm down in Loveland. And at the time, we requested a resolution to reduce the fees that it had accumulated to a lien on the property. We are now ready for the second quarter of that, and that resolution will be coming before you on the consent agenda, not tomorrow, but the next week," White said.
No dollar amounts or the proposed reduced fee levels were presented during the work session, and no formal vote was taken. White said the item will be placed on the consent agenda for a future regular meeting; commissioners and staff did not set a specific date during the work session.
