Board moves to executive session for legal advice on Colorado Child Care Assistance program

Chair Kristen Stevens announced that no decision was expected after the executive session and the meeting was adjourned following the motion.
The board provided the statutory citation in the motion on the record and approved the motion 3-0. By statute, matters discussed in the executive session remain confidential and are not included in the public meeting minutes; the board signaled no further action would follow at that meeting.
