The county record read into the record named the owner as Dillon Real Estate Company Inc., a Kansas corporation; the applicant as Stephen Miller and Spotless Brands; and the case manager as Ben Johnson. The commission chair asked whether anyone in the hearing room or online wanted to comment; no members of the public indicated interest on this case.
Commissioner Mezner moved to approve the consent agenda as presented; Commissioner Spencer seconded the motion. The chair called for the vote and members voiced “aye.” The consent agenda was approved by voice vote.
Separately, the commission also approved minutes from the Jan. 22, 2025 meeting. Commissioner Bolin moved to approve the minutes, Commissioner Messinger seconded, and the chair called for voice votes of “aye.” The minutes were approved.
The Feb. 12 hearing contained no items on the regular agenda and was then adjourned.
