On the hearing consent portion of the agenda the board approved Resolution CC25-040, case 24-128677RZ, a request to rezone 0.6 acres at 5100 Eldridge Street in Golden from Agricultural (A2) to Residential (R1). The case manager was listed as Sarah Coles; the board recorded a motion, a second, and votes of "Aye" from Commissioners Kerr and Zenzinger and "Yes" from Commissioner Dahlkemper. Commissioner Zenzinger noted for the record that the Fairmount Fire Protection District had merged with the Arvada Fire Protection District and that the Arvada district had no concerns about the application.
