The Saline County Board of Commissioners approved a reorganization slate naming Commissioner Sparks as chair, Commissioner Shadwick as vice chair and Commissioner Grievous as secretary.
A commissioner moved to adopt the entire slate rather than nominate officers individually and moved that nominations cease. The motion was seconded and the board voted in favor; the chair declared the motion carried.
The new officer assignments take effect immediately and were approved by the board without amendment.
