Residents of Pine Drive in the Evergreen area told the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners on Feb. 4 that a county license agreement dating to 1990 improperly blocks an access easement and that a county vegetation contractor has repeatedly trespassed and created safety and nuisance problems.
Tiffany Seychell Hicks, 27901 Pine Drive, said records obtained under Colorado Open Records Act show more than $209,000 paid over five years to “Lynn Meyer Alexander Company” (identified in testimony as Vegetation Management Inc.), and that the county paid more than $82,000…
