Grand County Human Services:' Shiloh House contract amended, vendor contact updated and MOU extended

Grand County commissioners approved a package of Human Services items Jan. 21 that included an amendment to a core services contract with Shiloh House, a vendor contact information update, and an amendment to the county's MOU with the Colorado Department of Early Childhood.
Director (Human Services) presented Amendment No. 1 to the Shiloh House contract, increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $8,000 to $12,000 to add services including expanded supervised parenting time and higher-rate treatment packages (the amendment reflects new rate tiers for intensive, moderate and low services). Staff said rate increases primarily reflect supervised parenting time and treatment-service costs; commissioners approved the amendment.
Staff also presented a revised vendor contact information sheet the state required so the MOU would route to the current county chair (Commissioner George) for signature; the board authorized the chair to sign the vendor contact information sheet.
Finally, commissioners approved MOU Amendment No. 2 with the Colorado Department of Early Childhood to extend the term through June 2026 and to remove the requirement for annual reaffirmation. Director Rettenberg (Human Services) said the amendment will be routed to the chair via DocuSign for final signature.
Commissioners asked staff to monitor timing for DocuSign routing and to notify the clerk when final documents arrive so signatures and recordkeeping proceed without delay.
