Grand County approves three Granby Airport hangar lease letters through 2025

The Grand County Board of County Commissioners approved three letters of agreement on Jan. 14 to lease airport hangars at the Granby Airport to current tenants through the end of 2025.
Airport staff presented three separate lease letters for Hangar 3 (tenant: Brett Gengary of Tabernash), Hangar 4 (tenant: Kent Turner of Parkview Place, Addison, Texas) and Hangar 5 (tenant: Strohauer Farms Inc., LaSalle, Colorado). Sean Mahorney of Grand County Airports told the board the letters were placed in the commissioners' drop box and asked for approval and signature.
The board approved each letter of agreement in separate motions. For Hangar 4 and Hangar 5 the motions included authority for the chair to sign all applicable documents. Commissioners clarified that each lease extends through the end of 2025.
No public objections were recorded on the hangar items during the meeting. The airport representative thanked the commissioners after the votes.
