Ordinance No. 2025-07 (second reading) — Amendments to article 3 (boards, committees and commissions) to consolidate advisory boards and revise selection procedures; includes provision to add a sixth alternate member to address quorum issues. Motion by Councilman Pinedo; second by Councilwoman Reynoso. Roll call recorded Councilwoman Reynoso yes, Vice Mayor (listed as Perez in record) yes and Mayor Fraga yes. Motion passed.
