Commissioners also approved professional-inspection invoices and project-related payments: Cook, Flatt & Strobel invoices for Grady Road ($37,430) and 70th Road ($92,300), and an inspection invoice of $18,902.33 for the River Bridge project (funding source later clarified in meeting as ARPA/special bridge funds).
