Planning Commission adopts agenda and minutes; continues West Creek Village hearing to Feb. 18

The City of Victoria Planning Commission voted to adopt tonight’s agenda, approve minutes from its Jan. 21, 2025 meeting and to continue the public hearing on the West Creek Village preliminary plat to the commission’s Feb. 18, 2025 meeting.
City Planner McCain asked the commission to open the hearing and continue it so the applicant could provide additional materials. After hearing no public comment in the chambers, a commissioner moved to continue the public hearing to Feb. 18; a second was recorded and the chair called for the vote. The chair announced the motion carried.
The commission recorded the actions as routine procedural steps; no substantive testimony or deliberation occurred on West Creek Village at this meeting. Staff said the West Creek Village hearing will return on Feb. 18 with a staff presentation and additional materials from the applicant.
