Powder Mountain rezone continued to next council meeting at applicant’s request

Angie Zederquist, interim director of development services, said the applicant asked for the continuance so staff and the applicant could address outstanding questions; the applicant’s representative, Brooke Hans, said the review timeline remains tight but the county’s willingness to process the master-plan conditional use permit concurrently will keep the project on schedule.
A council member moved to continue the ordinance to the next meeting; the motion passed by voice vote with no recorded opposition. Staff and the applicant said they will be prepared to return in approximately two weeks and answer detailed questions.
