Board members agreed the 50-cent per-download sentence should be removed from the manual. A board member moved to approve the revised Pemi Baker Television manual policies and procedures with the noted amendment; the board approved the motion.
The updated manual will take effect per the board's action; Jonathan said the changes primarily modernize administrative policies and provide clearer guidance for content rotation, sponsorship and post production.
