Transportation report: road overlays, final inspections and restroom installations scheduled

"You have our report. I just wanna highlight a few projects," Lynn said, and noted a final inspection was held on the Wickliffe Bridal last week and that the facility is open to traffic with a few punch‑list items remaining.
Lynn said Lost City Loop in Cherokee County is about 40% complete; Mud Valley Road is awaiting striping and signage; and a bridge project in Rogers County (Bridal 22 over Little Prior Creek) is completed and awaiting final inspection scheduling.
On water and sanitation, Lynn reported completion of a mainline water extension in northern Cherokee County around Rocky Ford and provided a schedule for new restroom installations. He said the pads for three restroom sites will be built at the end of the month with expected set‑in of the restroom buildings a week or so later: Native American Fellowship Incorporated (NAFE) in South Coffeyville and Pipe Springs Park in Locust Grove on Feb. 25, and Lincoln Park in Wagner County on Feb. 26. Lynn listed three remaining restroom sites that will follow: Big Cabin City Park, Celine Courthouse, and Charlie Tucker Memorial Park in Oaks, with pad work anticipated in March.
Councilwoman Sasha Qualls asked whether crews had assessed areas called out on Lost City Loop. Lynn said an inspector is on site daily, that crews would return to repair two milling areas previously worked, and that the project has moved from milling to overlay and leveling work.
Lynn also provided updates on completed and planned restroom installations and other small capital projects around the reservation. He closed by offering to take questions from the committee.
Less critical details: members praised the archery range and food distribution center in District 11 during a brief sidebar; no formal actions or votes were taken on transportation items during the meeting.
