For the Dec. 31Jan. 31 statement, Trustee Charles moved and Trustee Mike seconded the motion; the board voted in favor.
Adjournment: A motion to adjourn was made and seconded; the meeting was closed by unanimous vote.
No substantive budget or policy votes were taken at the meeting; trustees deferred budget decisions pending the Select Board's March 15 review of town finances.
