• Adopted Calendar A for the 2025–26 school year (Agenda item 10a). Motion carried by voice vote; five trustees voted in favor.
• Adopted revisions to Policy IKFB (graduation exercises), permitting cap decorations that comply with campus graduation contracts and confirming campus principals as final approvers. Motion carried at second reading (Agenda item 10b).
• During a closed session the board approved a superintendent performance improvement plan developed in the session and reported that the motion carried. The board later returned to closed session for further evaluation work; when the board reconvened it stated that no additional action was taken after that second session.
All motions recorded at the meeting carried by majority voice vote unless otherwise noted. Where recorded, five trustees voted in favor of adopted items.
