Prescott Council approves consent items and ordinances on Feb. 11; consent votes 6–0, select ordinances adopted

The City of Prescott City Council on Feb. 11 approved routine consent business and adopted two consent ordinances unanimously before taking up other agenda items. The council later adopted a separate ordinance on accessory dwelling unit submeters by a 5–1 vote (see separate article).
