The current owner, Becky Busdum, told staff she intends to submit plans this spring to correct the outstanding issues and improve the building’s appearance; staff said she has committed to removing most of the unpermitted patio work and to submitting improved plans for village review. Commissioners approved the signage application subject to the single staff condition in the report.
